🛍️ Return & Refund Policy

At AffordableHomeUpgrade, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide assistance with returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be returned with all accessories, instructions, and any free gifts that came with it.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, or accidents are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must include a valid proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrive damaged:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Clearance, final sale, or custom-made products
  • Assembled or installed furniture
  • Opened bedding, bathroom textiles, or kitchenware due to hygiene reasons

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at
    pumpsol@affordablehomeupgrade.com      with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and provide instructions, including the return address and, where applicable, a return label.
  3. Pack your item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected due to ineligibility, we may send the item back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost. Photos and details must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled. Contact
